Alyson Brown is a photographer and stylist, specializing in beverage and botanicals. She founded Wild Folklore in 2017 as way of celebrating a flower-infused lifestyle. Her work seamlessly connects the natural world of botanicals with everything she produces. Drawing inspiration from her love of botanical charts and specimen prints, Alyson has embarked on a new artistic venture creating floral cyanotypes, aka sunprints, from photos she’s styled and shot. Paying homage to the rich history of botanical documentation, her first collection is an ethereal look into the graceful personalities of flowers. Each sunprint is a delicate balance of art and science, capturing the fleeting beauty of floral specimens. Alyson Brown is also the author of The Flower-Infused Cocktail: Flowers with a Twist, published in 2021.
