About Mend Lip Balm

Mend was founded in 2021 by mental health advocate Rachel Parrett. While walking through her own journey with depression and anxiety, Rachel found herself using her experience and education in the mental health field to join others on their mental health journeys as well. She felt an urgency to share the resources and tools she knew had helped her and others and felt lip balm could be the perfect vessel. Rachel hopes that whether it’s in your pocket, your bag, your nightstand, or a lost tube on the ground, the resources on Mend’s labels will find you right when you need them as a healing reminder that good things are coming, because they are! Mend wants to be your friend and partner on your mental health journey. We provide mental health resources you can keep in your pocket by labeling each of our eight, all-natural lip balm flavors with a different tool, reminder, or resource to help whenever you may need them. We strive to end the stigma around asking for help by donating 10% of our profits to improving access to mental health care in the U.S. We hope you use our lip balm to take a moment for yourself; you’re worth it! Our balms are formulated specifically to soothe dry or chapped lips with healing in mind. All of our products are made with four all-natural ingredients: beeswax, to soothe and protect, organic jojoba oil, for hydration, organic essential oils, for calm and refreshing scents, and vitamin E, to restore and moisturize.
