Leimakani was founded in 2020 by a 22 year old Native Hawaiian designer, Kali‘a Leimakani Kekela Wasson. Born and raised in a small town called Hilo, Hawai‘i, Kali‘a had big dreams to create a swimwear line that offered versatile styles and fit all body types and sizes. She strives to empower women to feel utmost confidence while wearing Leimakani. Her one of a kind floral and tropical designs are designed by herself and inspired by her beautiful Island home.
