The Simply Halal Story In 2022, after a year of health challenges, our co-founder, Chef Maher Fawaz, sought to restore his family’s health through food. Inspired by the wholesome halal traditions of his grandparents, he spent two years developing a line of nutrient-dense products that we're proud to share with you. The result is Simply Halal Nutritional Collagen and Beef Bone Broth Stock. We believe in using only the best ingredients.
