After enjoying a gift of Italian truffles, and discovering how quality chocolates tasted I looked for them in America. While there are skilled chocolatiers, I couldn't find the flavors I wanted, so I took 6 years to learn and develop the skills of a chocolatier, Now, each truffle, bonbon and bar that we sell is made from natural ingredients, and tastes delicious.
