My name is Jennifer Buttafuoco and I’m a fiber artist based in Stafford Springs, CT. Basketry was first introduced to me one summer during an enrichment program at school. I immediately fell in love with the process and have spent the majority of my adult life exploring the world of basketry and creating Connecticut Valley Baskets. I love dying my own colors and weaving in items I’ve found in my environment; creating baskets that are truly beautiful, durable and unique. Being able to create works of art and share them with the world has been and always will be my greatest joy.
