As immigrants from India, now living in Harlem, New York, we saw a massive "white space" in the coffee aisle: Indian coffee. We were shocked that despite India being the 7th largest producer, it's virtually unknown in the U.S. Our mission is to change that, and to redefine how Indian coffee is experienced with a modern, vibrant, and authentic new vision. This isn't just about selling coffee; it's about sharing a part of our heritage and honoring the traditions that make it so special. We source our beans directly from a single, female-owned farm in Southern India. This isn't just a business relationship; it’s a partnership built on mutual respect and a direct-trade approach that ensures fair wages and a sustainable livelihood for the farmers, honoring the land and the people who cultivate it. Our beans are grown in the shade of lush trees, alongside spices like cardamom and black pepper, which subtly infuse the coffee with a unique, memorable character. The result is a naturally smooth profile, with a low acidity that many customers prefer. Every bean is Q-grade certified, a testament to its exceptional quality. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging, which is sourced from Roastar and is 100% store drop-off recyclable.
