Dad never thought he would be the alchemist that his father once was. We were using herbs and spices as a regular part of our daily lives and home remedies in India. After coming to the US, we started relying on over-the-counter medicines for recovering from seasonal illnesses. When those didn't work, dad combined the herbs, spices and local honey based on Ayurveda, the science of being. He mastered the recipe that could be made in a small batch and allow for daily consumption. The results were impeccable. In 2017, we started Manraaj to serve the goodness of Liquid Yoga to all on their journey to their wellness.
