About Toit de Paris

Roof de Paris, a design object from Parisian roofs, recycled, 100% made in France and shaped by hand. A piece of the architectural heritage of Paris. We are recovering zinc sheets that are going to be replaced on construction sites, to make it a surprising object. Roof de Paris is sold everywhere in France but also in New York, Canada and Tokyo. A bit of history It was in the middle of the 19th century that Napoleon III entrusted the transformation of the capital to Baron Haussmann. Thus Haussmann buildings were born and their zinc roofs multiplied, increasing their living space. Today more than 70% of Parisian roofs are made of zinc. Read their story
