Poteet’s Artisan Goods was born in Redding, CA, out of a passion for crafting high-quality, wholesome foods made from scratch. Founded by Kim Davis, the business is dedicated to providing preservative-free, chemical-free creations that nourish both body and soul. Kim’s journey with sourdough began in 2021, leading to an ever-growing selection of handmade goods, including sourdough crackers, bread, dehydrated starters, candied pecans, seasoning blends and more. Poteet’s Artisan Goods is committed to high quality products that bring out the heritage of sourdough. Each item is made fresh to order, with a 2-5 day processing time depending on the size of the order and pre-existing orders. Named in honor of Kim’s grandmother, Annie Poteet, the business carries forward a legacy of kindness, laughter, and love. Annie’s warmth and generosity continue to inspire every aspect of Poteet’s Artisan Goods. In 2021, Kim’s life was transformed by Jesus, and her faith remains at the center of all she does. Each product is thoughtfully labeled with a meaningful Bible verse, offering encouragement and comfort to those who receive it.
