In the workshop, three century-old stills heated by wood fire become the beating heart of Maison Ambix. Here, every gesture counts. Each distillation is a ritual. Time stops, and tradition converses with creativity. Gradually, the first eaux-de-vie and liqueurs take their place on the shop's shelves.
