Mahogany Essentials is a 100% minority and woman-owned business which handcrafts artisanal soaps, lotions, bath, and home essentials gentle enough for a baby but made for everyone. All essentials are made in small batches by the owner, Tanisha Rankin using homegrown botanicals, raw, cold-pressed oils, natural clays, and raw butters. We create our products with sensitive skin in mind as I grew up with eczema and could only use one product. Finding a natural, handcrafted bar of soap helped me realize there were other options, but they were all too expensive. Our passion to find a handcrafted soap at an affordable price led us to make it ourselves, and Mahogany Essentials was born!Read their story
