In the winter of 2019 we started Local Foreign to combat our own winter blues. We made home decor designs colored in 60’s lovesick shades, nostalgic like the sepia photographs of our parents and grandparents. Bright hues like confetti cake and early 2000’s pop music. Foggy romantic colors like a Monet painting or a first kiss. Something to fit every complex and unique mood and personality. We have since branched out our line of macrame rainbows to large scale wall hangings, party decor, candles, pillows, blankets, furniture and clothing. All designed with sustainable, up cycled materials and handmade in heirloom quality. At our core we’re just a couple of dreamers aspiring to spread optimism, empathy, inspire everyone’s own Individual idea of cool, and to make things that others ask “WHERE DID YOU GET THAT!?”
