Beautiful Curly Me is a social impact brand on a mission to instill and inspires confidence in young girls through a line of beautiful Black dolls, empowering books and puzzles. Founded by a 7 year old girl, we donate a doll for every doll purchased to an underserved girl. When our CEO Zoe was 6, she had trouble accepting her natural hair and after her Mom Evana bought her a black doll to help, she asked why the doll didn't have hair like hers. When they couldn't find any in the stores, Zoe asked to create dolls with curls and braids so other girls like her could feel confident. Beautiful Curly Me launched in 2019. Beautiful Curly Me has been featured on various platforms including Good Morning America, Forbes, People, ABC, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Black Enterprise and the 2020 Oprah’s Favorite things promo. We are on a mission to raise the next generation of confident girls who will change the world.
