Tastachios are wood fire roasted pistachios. On customized roasters, we developed and perfected an all-natural, wood-fire roasting method to create an all-natural flavor we have not found in any other snack nut. Most flavored snack nuts are coated with oils, spices, sugars, and extracts to mimic a particular flavor. These ingredients, along with an oven roasting process, diminish the natural health benefits associated with natural snack nuts. We use a hardwood blend that not only acts as our heat source but also our flavoring agent. It is this all-natural process that differentiates our flavor from all others.
