About Andi’s People

Andi's People is a stationery brand that values connection and celebrating the little things in a special way. In a device-driven world, it can be difficult to find ways to really connect. There are times when sending an email or a text message just isn’t enough to show how much you care. As I look back on gifts I’ve given and received, there’s nothing I cherish more than handwritten letters and homemade cards. Andi’s People cards are a way to connect with intention. I hope that our whimsically simple cards bring joy to you and your loved ones. I’m Anne, the artist & designer of Andi’s People cards and gifts. But you can call me Andi. After college, I moved independently to Hawaii. I was a city girl from Boston and loved the beach. When I couldn’t find the perfect Thank You card, (I really wanted a very cool Hawaiian-y card) so I printed my first Andi’s People card, featuring a boy wearing an “Aloha” shirt, shorts, sunglasses, and a pair of flip-flops (and of course he had the signature long legs and big shoes of my high school illustrations). The front of the card simply read “Mahalo” (Hawaiian for thank you). My friends loved it and I felt happier knowing that I had made people smile. That’s how Andi’s People began and that’s what I continue to stand for.  When you send a hand-drawn card from Andi’s People, the card feels personalized and special. I believe in celebrating the simple things and sharing a smile.Read their story
