Small Town Creations was established in 2001 in Waurika, Oklahoma, by new mother Tracy Woods, who started the business in her house as a way to make money while taking care of her new son. She started out making candles in her home when an opportunity presented itself for her to own her own building. While no longer operating out of that original building, Small Town Creations has grown from candles to include T-shirts, hats, purses, earrings, and other items.
