Beedlebug Sockietalkies was inspired after my oldest grandson, Coen, who has cerebral palsy. As I was modifying things around the house to help him with his independence, I discovered the concept of a pulley hole. It's two reinforced embroidered holes on the side of the socks. He was able to put his fingers through and pull his socks up on his own! I also added a positive message on the toe of each style to motivate and bring joy. Our socks are a universal design for all but especially helpful for those with dexterity and flexibility challenges, arthritis and disability.
