Woofcessories is a small business that is focused on bringing vibrant and fun accessories to you and your pup. Woofcessories began as an idea many years ago when Ayna, the founder, spent hours making jackets and shirts for her family min pin. She was studying fashion design for people, but she knew that the world of pet fashion was where her heart lay. Fast forward to 2020 and as her search for a new job in human fashion was cut short due to the pandemic, Ayna decided that this was the time to start her pup business. Some research into laws, taxes, fabrics, and supplies led to the launch of the first Woofcessories collection in September of 2020. Ayna uses her years of experience in human fashion to conduct market research and design the collections that are represented in the Woofcessories shop. She lovingly sews and inspects every bandana, bow tie, waste bag dispenser, and other accessory that is made. Her corgi, Sassy, loves his role as a part of the Woofcessories team and patiently poses for photos. Woofcessories is the picture of a small business dream- every item you order is sewn, photographed, and shipped from the heart of NYC by a small business owner that celebrates every sale.
