We believe that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated—sometimes, it’s as simple as sipping something that makes you feel good, inside and out. We’re all about doing things differently—starting with what’s inside our cans. We blend feel-good herbs and bold flavors to create sips that hit just right. Our Founder and CEO, Megan Riggs, is passionate about all things crunchy Here is her story: After graduating from UVA and working in LA, I started struggling with anxiety and bouts of depression. Western medicine didn’t quite resonate with me, so I began exploring natural remedies. This journey eventually led me to Thailand, where I reconnected with fresh, simple living and the power of holistic healing. When I returned to the East Coast, I was fueled by a renewed passion for health and wellness. That’s when Crunchy was born—to help others bring self-care into their daily lives in a fun, refreshing way. Join me on my journey to better mental and physical health!
