Our Founder and CEO, Megan Riggs, is passionate about all things crunchy Here is her story: After graduating from UVA and working in LA, I started struggling with anxiety and bouts of depression. Western medicine didn’t quite resonate with me, so I began exploring natural remedies. This journey eventually led me to Thailand, where I reconnected with fresh, simple living and the power of holistic healing. When I returned to the East Coast, I was fueled by a renewed passion for health and wellness.
