At Red Truck Orchards, our purpose is to strengthen and support local farms by crafting exceptional cherry vinegar that nourishes daily life. Every bottle of our Cherry Vinegar reflects our dedication to sustainable farming, community collaboration, and artisan craftsmanship. From farm to table, we’re proud to deliver a better vinegar that’s good for you and tastes great. We buy local cherries at a fair price from nearby cherry farmers (and use cherries from our own orchard, Hallstedt Homestead Cherries) and use everything except the pit. Using our skin-on double fermentation process, we craft a Cherry Vinegar that has a bright, complex flavor and lingering cherry finish.
