GODBOD started after a shoulder injury that turned into months of physical therapy. Like a lot of people, I assumed recovery tools were all basically the same. But once I was actually using them every day, the flaws became obvious. Foam rollers that flattened out or cracked. Resistance bands that snapped or lost elasticity. Products that were supposed to help you recover but clearly weren’t built to last. During rehab, consistency mattered more than intensity. Small daily work added up. The problem was the tools didn’t keep up with the routine. So I decided to build my own. GODBOD is a recovery focused fitness brand built around durability, simplicity, and real use. Every product is designed to handle repeated daily sessions in physical therapy clinics, gyms, and home setups without feeling disposable. The goal isn’t to chase trends or overdesign equipment. It’s to create tools that feel solid, intentional, and reliable from day one to year three. I work closely with physical therapists, trainers, and athletes to refine each product. Materials are chosen for longevity, not cost cutting. Designs stay clean and functional, because recovery equipment should fit naturally into a routine without demanding attention.
