About WESTERLY SWIM

Westerly is a line of elevated swim and resort-wear, designed and hand-made in Los Angeles, CA. Westerly is defined by its classic silhouettes, sophisticated aesthetic, and "perfect fit" - cuts that are feminine and flattering, while also remaining moderate and age-appropriate for our customer. Our palettes feature bold, rich tones and whimsical prints that bring an element of high-fashion minimalism to each collection. Maui-born designer, Jadrianne Johnson, was inspired to created Westerly after she experienced a personal paint point in the swimwear market and discovered a major market gap. As a late 20’s professional and style-conscious woman, she was unable to find a swimwear line appropriate to her taste and preferences; for the most part, swimwear in the mid-range market was defined by bright neon colors, busy prints, and/or excessive detailing and lacked any elegance or sophistication. As a response to this gap, Jadrianne created Westerly - an elevated line of swimwear for style-conscious 20’s to early 40’s jet-setting woman who wants to feel chic and feminine at an accessible price point. Since its launch, Westerly has grown a strong presence high-end boutiques and luxury resorts, and most recently created a custom collection for the Beverly Hills Hotel. The line has been featured in top international publications including British Vogue, Elle, GQ, Conde Naste Traveller, and Harper’s Bazaar. Read their story
