Tenacious, Bold ... and Sweet! Why is our maple snack inspired by the Guillemot? The Black Guillemot is a tenacious cliff and crag dweller, at home in some of the most beautiful and rugged places on Earth. The Guille­mot lays speckled eggs directly on the cliffside without a traditional "nest". The playground of this resilient cousin of the Puffin is the rocky coastline and islets of the North Atlantic. I chose to call our delicious snack Guilley's because the Guillemot embodies the spirit in which this all natural, crunchy, and sweet treat is created. My hope is that you will bring it along on all your daily adventures, whether you are near the sea or simply dreaming of it! Read their story
