Nina Carter has the best customer service and order fulfillment I’ve encountered on Faire. I’ve ordered repeatedly for several years and shipping to the US has always been far faster than from LA to the east coast. Their customer service was fantastic when there was an issue clearing customs here in the States. Viviane emailed me daily for about 2 weeks while we worked to sort it out. I highly recommend giving Nina Carter a try! Great jackets in great colors and terrific customer service!
