When I moved to Los Angeles from Paris, I didn't speak English very well, but I really wanted to make friends! I had an idea to connect with people by putting my name and unit number on cookies and gifting them to my neighbors. The cookies were such a hit! Realizing delicious cookies are a great way to connect and show love, I started a new business offering cookies with custom messages and logos. With no connections, no knowledge of the U.S. food market, and only conversational English, I set out to bake up a business that would spread love with every bite and make for a truly special gifting experience. By combining delicious flavor, beautiful design, and custom messages, DeLight Patisserie was born. In only the second year of business, I was so proud when my cookies were featured on The Today Show and ABC World News. High-end retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Anthropologie, The MET store, and Harry and David started stocking them. We even baked for the Oscars! Today, we are a whole team of women who are passionate about helping people connect and make a sweet impression through a unique gifting and celebration experience. Products are featured on the Today Show, ABC World News, and Oprah Daily.
