Wind, sun and seawater are the essential ingredients that nature offers us to harvest this precious crystal! My Fleur de sel, which is gently picked from the surface of the water, my coarse gray salt, is neither washed nor treated and drains naturally. I use artisanal methods without any mechanization: by hand, with the same tools that have been used for centuries. Being a Saunier means respecting an environmental approach, from harvesting to bagging. These natural paintings and this light that I will never get tired of exist only when they are respected...
