Products are great and sell through is great. The problem is getting them. We've ordered 3 times and twice, I've had to reach out about the shipment. The first one got stuck in processing and I had to message twice to get it fixed. It arrived weeks after it was supposed to. We were supposed to have our latest order almost two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I reached out to the seller 6 days ago and had Faire reach out to them with no answer. I cancelled my order.
