About Chimito

Chimito was born in 2017 out of an unstoppable craving for Choripán — the delicious Argentine street food. Finding smoky chorizo and fresh bread was easy, but finding good chimichurri? Nearly impossible. So…I made my own. Drawing from traditional Argentine recipes — but with extra, extra garlic, heat, red wine vinegar, and heaps of italian parsley — Chimito's signature recipe came to life. It was an instant hit at college dinner parties, Super Bowl spreads, holiday tables, and everywhere in between. Word spread fast. The chimi was in demand.
