Fix Hot Sauce is a Seattle-based brand specializing in all-natural, gourmet sriracha and other spicy sauces made with organic ingredients, focusing on bold flavors from Southeast Asian chili peppers. Our brand was founded by 3 siblings and high school friends from the suburbs of Seattle, Washington, who bonded over a shared frustration with the lack of truly flavorful spice options in everyday hot sauces The origin story traces back to a life-changing trip to Vietnam, where the founders experienced farm-fresh, non-processed ingredients in local dishes like pho and hot sauce. This revealed to them that the versions they knew back home were "just average," inspiring a mission to recreate and bottle the simple, natural, and bold flavors of chili peppers grown under the South Asian sun. We started with a traditional Huynh family recipe, emphasizing high-quality, organic red chili peppers, garlic, sea salt, cane sugar, and rice vinegar—keeping recipes short (often just 5 ingredients) and free of compromises on health or taste Despite highs and lows, their determination to highlight superior taste led to growth, with products now available nationwide (e.g., on Amazon, Whole Foods, and their site).
