About Honor Initiative

Honor Initiative was born in the heart of Boston’s Seaport District during the COVID-19 lockdowns, founded by Chad and Holly. With Chad’s science degree, a 15-year aerospace career, and Holly’s experience in early childhood education, they combined their strengths to create something meaningful: a grooming brand that gives back to men’s mental health. It all started with their flagship beard butter, hand-crafted in their apartment, which quickly became both their home and production space. From day one, Honor Initiative has stood out for using clean ingredients, eco-friendly practices, and their innovative Impact ID® system — a way for customers to track exactly which mental health “initiative “their purchase helps support. After outgrowing their Boston space, they moved Honor Initiative to Texas in late 2021, finding a community that shares their values and fueling even faster growth.
