About Rox and Ash Ceramics

Ash has been in the art business over half her life, teaching art and running an art studio. She discovered early on that earning an art degree does not equal owning a business. She’s been confused ever since; we pray for her daily… you can too. Rox is a middle child of 7. As the black sheep of her family, she found herself resigning from a successful career as a death investigator, to being neck deep in glaze. She is trying not to become a coroner's case by drowning in it. Through Rox’s impatience and Ash’s “everything is figure-out-able” attitude, they thought, “we can make a business work, right?,” and Rox and Ash Ceramics was born. Together they are an unlikely duo, discovering that without a ying, there is no yang. The goal of Rox and Ash is to create pieces that make people feel proud to be in their own skin.
