The Fudge Factory is an enchanted adventure made by Benjamin, his family and the Fudgies over decades. Our magical confections and secret recipes are a testament to the timeless art of candy making combined with new innovations. The old fashioned creamy fudge meticulously folded on a marble slab, bubbling rich caramel and bespoke chocolates are all hand crafted from the finest ingredients with a pinch of irresistible. Benjamin, our lead Chocolatier is inspired for tomorrow by his time studying at L'Ecole Valrhona in New York City. We seek out Sustainable and Fair Trade chocolate from around the world.
