Growing up in a culture where spicy and savory flavors reigned supreme, she drew inspiration from “jeow,” a traditional Lao dip/sauce made with peppers as its base, and combined with herbs and vegetables. Jeow is the heart of Lao cooking. This connection to her heritage became the foundation of Southeast Spice, a company dedicated to creating Southeast Asian inspired hot sauces.
