Every day, our food choices help to preserve, or not, our health capital. It was after our thirties that we finally realized it... better late than never you tell us. During a discussion on nutrition and health, we heard about spirulina. First intrigued (“the spiru-what? ”), we were finally convinced by its potential. After testing it and doing research to better understand its benefits, we went to meet producers.
