At Oodima, we found that almost all hygiene products on the market have harmful effects on consumers and the environment, while excluding local communities. We work toward a 100% natural, local alternative that is gentler on the skin, pays producers fairly, and spares our planet. We create moisturizing liquid soaps, 100% natural and certified organic (Cosmos Organic) with a limited number of ingredients from organic farming, establishing the shortest possible circuit between place of production and place of consumption. Our innovation lies in the use of a traditional cold-process saponification method, widely used for making solid soaps, which we are the only ones to master for producing liquid soaps. This allows us to produce an incredibly mild and moisturizing soap, preserving the properties of the oils while consuming almost no energy. Our soaps are mostly made from organic Walloon oil: highly oleic sunflower from Équilibre huile paysanne in Saive and hemp from Cannavie in Wahlain.Read their story
