About Bloom Press

We are a design + letterpress studio based in South Bend, Indiana, offering thoughtfully crafted stationery and event ephemera that pack a sweet punch. With a background in illustration and graphic design, owner and lead persswoman Sarah fell in love with letterpress printing after searching for ways to incorporate more hands-on techniques into her design practice. A few years and a studio move later, we now have three presses and operate a full service letterpress studio. Each product from Bloom Press is printed on one of our presses, most often our 120 year old platen press named Betty. Each piece of paper is hand-fed one at a time; a true labor of love. We enjoy combining modern typography design with centuries-old printing techniques to create truly unique stationery items. We aim to create paper products and gifts that people are as excited to give as they are to receive.Read their story
