About Us Hi, we're the Reading Portal team! We create imagery straight from your favorite books and bring scenes to life as you read. Reading Portal’s idea sparked in 2021 after reading A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. The world in which these characters lived was nothing like I had ever experienced. I wanted to immerse myself in the story, and I felt like others would too. By reliving the stories through specific scene artwork and creating an interactive product that is placed inside a book, we were able to reach a broad, inclusive audience and connect with people on a profound level. Thus, Page Overlays were born. For the past five years, our extensive online presence has catapulted us to become a part of Books-A-Million and various independent bookstores across the world. We have worked with many authors to create works for their novels, and our passion has allowed us to move to a full-time team. Our Mission We aim to create an uplifting and creative place where readers can reimagine their favorite stories with interactive artwork.
