About Bernie Street Studios
Hey there, I’m Leslie Drapkin of Bernie Street Studios based in San Francisco. I am an illustrator, writer, lover of dogs, words, paper. I specialize in drawing original whimsical and slightly philosophical dogs though other animals seem to be crashing the party. I hand paint each design, including the unique lettering with the hope of adding the slightest value or smile to someone’s day. After owning and designing for my own successful retail stores called Jest Jewels in the Bay Area for years, I decided to close and explore the creative wanderer in me.
