Hey there! I'm Christina- owner here at CA Studios. My brand is all about crafting beautiful pieces inspired by the forests and rolling Kentucky hills I call home. Every item you see in the shop is made in central Kentucky in my personal studio by my sister Adrienne & me. OUR MATERIALS We are always working to keep as many of our plants coming from local & small businesses as possible. Coming from a family with many generations of farmers. we are always delighted when we can work with small, local farms to source our plants. Currently our breakdown is approximately 60% from small businesses in the USA, 30% from farms in the USA, 8% from foraging, & 2% from big box craft stores. We prioritize sustainability when choosing our plants & work with small businesses with the same values. SUSTAINABILITY We avoid purchasing plastic materials, but if you do see bubble wrap in your order, about 90% of the time it has been reused from other orders we have received in the mail. We also use biodegradable peanuts made from corn & paper to pack orders. GIVING BACK We give 10% of sales for our LGBTQ+ items to The Trevor Project- an organization that provides support to LGBTQ+ youth.
