Avanaa Chocolat is a bean to bar chocolate company from Montreal. We sort each cocoa bean by hand. We them roast in micro batches. We grind the cocoa during days under the granite stones. We pack with carefully each square of chocolate. Why so much effort? Simply to create delicious chocolate with flavors you won't find anywhere else.
