Rafikï coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and supplier based in Edinburgh. We have been sourcing green coffee beans from Rwanda since 2019. Coffee is our way of promoting and celebrating the best of Africa. By bringing high-quality coffee to the global market, we also support Rwandan farmers and communities. Our beans are grown on volcanic soil at altitudes between 1800-2000m. This 100% single origin Arabica coffee of the Red Bourbon is both Fairtrade and organically certified. Being one of the most chemically treated commodities on the globe, we offer a clean and healthy organic option. Rafikï coffee is roasted in small batches following a precise roast profile that we have developed to bring out the best flavour and aroma of the beans. With this micro-roasting procedure, we can ensure consistency and freshness of our coffee and deliver the greatest amount of flavour. The coffee has a delicate taste with a pleasantly sweet, caramel aroma. It offers a clean, silky, full body along with subtle hints of citrus and rich chocolates. The buttery creaminess of the body carries into the aftertaste of caramel.
