About Pieces by Marie
In 2017 I started a home based jewelry business in a small rural Maine town, being creative and being a stay at home mom were two very important parts of my life. I wanted to be home with my four daughters and I wanted to do something to help pay my bills so one of my options was to have an at home small business. My first and foremost goal was to bring creative and meaningful engravings to life with quality material so my research for different materials was carefully examined and considered. I wanted to provide a product that was cost effective for my customer but I didn't want it to tarnish, rust or turn my skin green so i made sure the product i offered was of the best quality stainless steel!! I wanted to create lasting memories for my customers so in October 2021 I purchased a fiber laser to make the best personalized jewelry that i could offer.
