About Nowhere Bakery

Nowhere Bakery was founded by Saphira, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor and dessert addict. When I developed gut issues in my early twenties, I had to remove all the fun stuff from my diet, but my sweet tooth wouldn’t quit! When I met my husband Maurizio (co founder) we bonded over our love of dessert and were always torn between deciding on what to enjoy. He had a less sensitive system and more ‘traditional’ taste buds. A dessert that catered to both of our needs was NOWHERE to be found so I took it upon myself to create it. Nowhere Bakery was founded in 2020 after years of iterations and finally perfecting desserts that catered to both sides of the dessert coin.
