I have always had an obsession with hair. My whole life, I’ve always wanted my hair to be longer, shinier, and thicker mimicking the illustrations of Persian heroines iconic in my culture. I grew up knowing about the nourishing properties of Argan Oil and naturally tried every product on the market -- from the mainstream to luxury. While beautifully packaged and scented, I was so disappointed to learn that most luxury products contained a minimal amount of the core ingredient they so heavily advertised and were made up of mostly silicone (!!). Similarly disappointing were the natural counterparts I sourced from organic markets as they felt heavy, and lacked the luxurious scent and feel I was looking for.
