I really want it to give a good review as they were very attentive with questions and they responded fast . However, one dress came damage , the other does not even pass through your head that it is size M. There are no labels in the neck as per the pictures , sewing is bad , quality is horrible, one dress does not say what size it is . In top of that I reported a damage item and they are saying I am lying when it is clear in the picture that the sewing is out in one dress .

Dress labels are not on products, for customization. When suggesting the buyer send pictures to Faire to streamline resolution. We did apply of lying. It is protocol. Pictures have ben sent to Faire showing excellent condition, Abusive behavior have been reported to Faire for investigation. We ensure dresses match images. We do not sell poor-quality products; they are of the same quality as buyer's. bullying and offensive conduct, hinders resolution.
