BACCAE, from the Latin “berries”, is an urban distillery, established since 2018 in the heart of Paris in the 4th arrondissement, close to Bastille and the Arsenal port. The BACCAE distillery produces unique spirits in Paris featuring fruits, botanics and spices from French Organic Agriculture. This young house has set itself the mission of highlighting the French terroir through a unique mastery of traditional still and modern vacuum cold distillation techniques. We offer you a permanent certified BIO range composed of a Gin, a Bitter Aperitif and an Absinthe. We extend the experience with the general public through fun manufacturing workshops around Gin, in a space located at 4 rue Crillon, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.Read their story
