Spanish Gardens has strong roots in the Latino community. Our founder, Luis Silva, a native of Guadalajara, Mexico, opened his restaurant in Argentine, Kansas in the 1950s. In honor of our rich heritage, we continue to expand and innovate, introducing new products that stay true to our traditional flavors while bringing fresh and exciting offerings to our customers.
