Our highly motivated team shares our passion for premium chocolate enjoyment. BEAN TO BAR – our philosophy, from bean to bar. Apart from us, very few manufacturers still roast their own cocoa beans. Unlike most producers, we forgo pretreating the cocoa mass – that's what makes us unique. We want to preserve the full spectrum of cocoa aromas and traditionally remove the bitter substances from the cocoa mass only during conching.
