About Ayurvedist Teas
Ayurvedist started with my own journey back to balance. Ayurveda runs in my family but years of stress and travel left me with gut issues, low energy and broken sleep. Doctors offered temporary fixes. Nothing held. Everything shifted on a trip home to India. Warm meals, herbal infusions, the daily rituals I'd grown up with. As my digestion and energy came back, it clicked: these were longevity rituals all along, and they work because you do them daily - not because they're complicated. Back in California, every tea I reached for felt diluted or over-flavored. So I built the alternative. Our mission is longevity through Ayurveda - simple enough to practice every day. WHAT WE MAKE: Functional longevity teas, formulated with 12 Ayurvedic practitioners around four pillars: energy, clarity, gut health, calm. HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT: Legacy tea brands sell broad wellness with no clear function. We're longevity-led and genuinely formulated, not Ayurveda-inspired. - Deepika Phakke, Founder

Love this brand of tea! Great feedback from employees of a small natural health food store that have tried them! This is a nice alternative to certain states not being able to carry any type of CBD teas for calmness and relaxation.....Thank you Ayurvedist teas!

Ayurvedist has been a smashing addition to our Wellness selection. The clean packaging is beautiful with clear function and attribute call-outs. The teas are thoughtfully composed and taste great.
