Ayurvedist is born from a lineage of Indian ancestors who practiced Ayurveda - a 5,000-year-old science of life devoted to balance and longevity. Rooted in this wisdom, we craft dosha-balancing Ayurvedic teas for longevity that are organic, caffeine-free, and microplastic-free, created to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by my grandfather, an Ayurvedic doctor, and my own journey healing from long COVID, I felt a duty to preserve these timeless traditions.
